Remove the instrument panel lower covers.
Remove air ducts.
In the model "Golf" manufactured before July 1980: remove the nozzle in the direction from the back of the instrument panel to the interior of the car.
In models "Golf" release after August 1980 and "Jetta": at the bottom, at the nozzle, unscrew the cross-head screw; pull out the nozzle.
For all models: during installation, pay attention to the correct fit of the air ducts.
