All self-locking nuts should be replaced.
Lubricate the disengaging clutch and gearing of the drive shaft with grease "MoS2".
Before installing the gearbox, check that two dowel sleeves have been inserted into the engine block to center the engine and gearbox. Replace if necessary.
Put on the mounting sleeves and lubricate the connector.
Bolt engine and gearbox together.
Lower the block, consisting of the engine and gearbox, into the machine.
First, connect the gearbox support on the left to the gearbox, while adjusting to the middle position of the rubber-metal support.
First loosely attach the engine support on the right and the gearbox support on the left to the body, adjust and then tighten the bolts firmly.
First attach the shift mechanism supports at the rear of the gearbox, and then lightly tighten the bolts at the body.
Align the supports at the rear and tighten the threads securely.
Connect the limiters at the front, exactly in the middle position.
Do not forget about the existing negative cable and "braided".
After connecting the exhaust system, the main muffler must be positioned so that both fixing tabs at its rear end are evenly loaded.
If necessary, slightly bend the fastening hooks.
Should be adjusted: traction "gas" (see chapter "Diesel injection system"), clutch free travel (see chapter "Clutch"). idle speed (see chapter "Diesel injection system").
