1. Install the valves in the guides in the sequence shown.
2. Insert lower seat 18, valve springs 21.
3. Before installing the guide 20 gasket, it is necessary to install a special plastic sleeve on the valve stem (is included in the gasket set), to facilitate the passage of the gasket lip through the channels on the valve stem without damaging the gasket.
4. Insert the guide seal through the valve stem and press it onto the guide by hand or using a metal tube (photo 1.121). The tube should have an outer diameter approximately equal to the outer diameter of the seal. Pull out the plastic bushing.
5. Push the springs 21 and the top cup 2 onto the piston rod 19, then compress the spring with the tool and fit the cone fuses 3. It is often easier to insert the fuses by lubricating them from the inside with grease. In this case, they will then not fall out of the grooves during installation.
6. Repeat steps for other valves. When finished, tap the end of each valve stem with a copper mallet to seat the fuses. The head must lie on its side so that the valves do not hit the table.
7. Mount the camshaft.
