1. Disconnect the wire clamp to the battery ground. Reduce pressure in the supply system.
2. Disconnect the gas cable from the throttle and bracket on the manifold.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector and the reduced pressure flexible hose from the supplementary air valve.
4. Disconnect the electrical wires and disconnect the start valve.
5. Loosen the bolts on the fastening clips and disconnect the low-pressure flexible tube from the connection at the end of the manifold (From the left side) and on the back of the throttle body.
6. Disconnect the low-pressure flexible pipes from the front of the throttle body, while paying attention to their connection points.
7. Disconnect the injectors and flexible pipes from the cylinder head, remove the fixing clips from them. Protect them from contamination.
8. Remove the clamp and disconnect the inlet pipe from the throttle body.
9. To turn out bolts and to disconnect the supporting arm from an arm of a gas cable and from a distributor cover.
10. Disconnect the bleeder hose between the distributor cap and drive manifold.
11. Loosen and remove the bolts securing the subsea manifold, then carefully lift the manifold together with the throttle body. Disconnect all connections of electrical wires and elastic pipes, if they are connected, when the collector is already disconnected.
12. You can unscrew the fixing bolts and disconnect the throttle body from the manifold.
13. Installation takes place in the reverse order of removal. Check that the working surfaces are clean and put on new gaskets.
14. When connecting the gas cable, adjust its length.
15. Before starting the engine, check that all connections have been made correctly.
