37. Mark the position of the hub in relation to the basket and the hinge body (quick dry paint) (photo 7.17).



38. Rotate the hub and basket 90°in relation to the body, and then push it out of the body (photos 7.18 and 7.19).





39. Remove the balls, and then turn the hub perpendicular to the basket. Insert one of the protrusions of the hub 1 into the socket of the ball in the basket 2 (pic. 7.4), and then roll hub 3 out of the basket.



40. It should be noted that the elements of the hinge, together with the balls, make up a set selected at the factory, and in case of damage to any element, the entire hinge must be replaced (photo 7.21).



41. Clean the components in kerosene and check them for wear, similarly as for the external hinge.
