Disconnect the TSZ-H switch connector by pressing the wire lock.
Connect a voltmeter to pins 2 and 4 on the connector.
Attention! Be careful not to damage the connector pins.
Turn on the ignition. The meter should show battery voltage (about 12 V), otherwise, find and eliminate the open circuit according to the electrical circuit.
Switch off the ignition.
Reconnect the TSZ-H switch connector.
Disconnect the Hall sensor connector on the ignition distributor by pressing the wire clamp.
Connect a voltmeter to terminals 1 (-) and 15 (+) on the ignition coil.
Turn on the ignition. Specified value: voltage at least 2 V, which must fall to 0 V within 1-2 seconds. Otherwise, replace the TSZ-H switch. Check if the compound mass has flowed out of the ignition coil and, if this is found, replace the ignition coil. -
Briefly touch «masses» auxiliary wire connected to the middle pin of the Hall sensor connector. The voltage should increase momentarily to at least 2 V. Otherwise, determine an open in the middle wire and replace either the wire or the switch.
Switch off the ignition.
Connect a voltmeter to the outer terminals of the Hall sensor connector on the ignition distributor.
Turn on the ignition. Set value: 5 V or more.
attention! If, despite the presence of the specified oscillations, the defect remains, replace the TSZ-H commutator or check the wires between the connectors and the commutator.
