Install the output shaft under the press, placing the plate under the gear 18 (pic. 324) 1st gear, remove tapered bearing 20 and spring washer 19.

Remove the blocking ring 17 of the synchronizer and the needle bearing 16. Remove the retaining ring 15.
Place the shaft under the press, but this time put the plate under the gear 8 of the 2nd gear. Press out the gear shaft (pic. 325), remove synchronizer 14 from the shaft (see fig. 324), blocking ring 9 of the synchronizer, gear 8 of the 2nd gear, as well as needle bearing 11.
Remove the 10th 3rd gear by removing both circlips 7 and 6, and then remove the 5th 4th gear.
If tapered bearing 3 has to be replaced, a puller must be used, the grips of which must be brought under the bearing cage.
Remove the synchronizer hub cap. If necessary, remove two springs 13 and 23, and also take out three crackers 24. It should be remembered that the holder and the synchronizer hub are a single set.
After dismantling all components and parts from the gearbox, they should be carefully checked, as was described here.
