The built-in 12-volt battery has six battery cells. consisting of positive and negative plates immersed in a solution of sulfuric acid. The task of the battery is to generate current to start the car, to light it, as well as for other consumption purposes.
To ensure the longevity of the battery and maintain its high efficiency, the following work should be carried out periodically.
Always keep the battery and its surroundings clean.
The surface of the battery must be dry, otherwise electrical leakage may begin between its cells, which will lead to spontaneous discharge of the battery.
At any given time, the acid level in the battery should reach the ring on the underside of the gas station. Use distilled water for refilling.
In cold weather, the battery should not be in a discharged state, otherwise it will freeze. Weakly charged batteries freeze faster than charged ones.
