1 - flywheel
2 - flywheel bolt, tightening torque 70 Nm + 90°
3 - clutch disc
4 - clutch pressure plate
5 - bolt, tightening torque 25 Nm
The clutch can be removed without removing the engine from the vehicle.
The gearbox is removed.
The position of the clutch installation in relation to the flywheel is noted. For this, a punch is used, with which marks are knocked out on the flywheel and on the clutch.
Uniformly, crosswise, the six clutch bolts are unscrewed until the spring pressure is relieved. For this purpose, the flywheel must be held appropriately.
The clutch is removed and the pressure plate is removed. Pay attention to the fact that the long side of the sleeve of the receiving disk is directed towards the gearbox, that is, outward. If you capture it now, then in the future there will be no difficulties.
Wash the inside of the flywheel immediately with rags and check the rubbing side of the flywheel. If the take-up plate has worn down to the countersunk heads of the rivets, then this could mean that the rivets have already worn out in the surface of the flywheel or in the clutch pressure plate.
If the engine or transmission is removed. you should always unscrew the clutch so that you can check its condition.
