Removal and installation of a forward bumper

Front bumper

• 1 - front bumper;
• 2 - bolt 4 pcs., 20 Nm;
• 3 - bumper beam;
• 4 - nuts 6 pcs.;
• 5 - bolt 6 pcs., 2 Nm;
• 6 - guide;
• 7 - bolt 6 pcs.;
• 8 - bolt 8 pcs.;
• 9 - bracket with nut 8 pcs.;
• 10 - bolt 7 pcs.;
• 11 - cushion pad;
• 12 - spoiler;
• 13 - ventilation grilles

Removing

1. Reject safety brackets (IN) up. Using a screwdriver blade (WITH), release the release lever (A) and remove it from the hood latch.

2. Remove the release lever (A) from the front crossbar.

3. Remove the grille.

4. Remove the grille.

5. Remove the bumper bolts (8 and 10, see fig. Front bumper).

6. Pulling forward, remove the front bumper from the side guide brackets.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
