A/C compressor brackets

Warning: Do not open the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioning system. Avoid skin contact with refrigerant.

The A/C compressor brackets can be removed and installed without opening the refrigerant circuit. When carrying out repair work, the air conditioning compressor can be removed and hung in the engine compartment without disconnecting the hoses from it.

Air conditioning compressor on vehicles with 1.6 / 1.8-I engines

• 1 - tension roller of the V-ribbed belt;
• 2 - generator;
• 3 - bracket for air conditioning compressor, generator and servo pump;
• 4 - screw with an internal hexagon M10x55, 50 Nm;
• 5 - servo pump;
• 6 - compressor;
• 7 - bolt M10x112, 45 Nm

Air conditioning compressor on vehicles with 2.3-I engines

• 1 - V-ribbed belt;
• 2 - generator;
• 6 - bolts M8x30, 25 Nm;
• 4 - washer;
• 5 - bolt M8x27, 25 Nm;
• 6 - compressor bracket;
• 7 - servo pump;
• 8 - compressor;
• 9 - electromagnetic clutch;
• 10 - bolt M10x112, 45 Nm

Air conditioning compressor on vehicles with 1.4-I engines

• 1 - cylinder block;
• 2 - bracket for air conditioning compressor, generator and servo pump;
• 3 - bolt M10x85, 50 Nm;
• 4 - bolt M10x55, 50 Nm;
• 5 - compressor;
• 6 - bolt M10x112, 45 Nm;
• 7 - collar nut, 10 Nm;
• 8 - bracket for the delivery pipeline of the power steering;
• 9 - bolt M10x112, 45 Nm

• 1 - bracket for compressor, high pressure fuel pump, generator and servo pump;
• 2 - high pressure fuel pump;
• 3 - servo pump;
• 4 - bolt M10x65, 45 Nm;
• 5 - bolt M10x45, 45 Nm;
• 6 - compressor;
• 7 - bolt M10x112, 45 Nm;
• 8 - guide roller, 25 Nm;
• 9 - generator;
• 10 - V-ribbed belt
