- 6 - a bolt with a corrugated recess under the key, 60 Nm. The bolt has a protective coating and can be installed no more than five times;

- 4 - vibration damper. The vibration damper is only fitted to vehicles with a TDI diesel engine and an automatic transmission;

Removing
1. Remove the airbag from the center of the steering wheel.
2. Set the front wheels to drive straight ahead. In this case, the steering wheel must be in the middle position.
3. Remove the steering wheel center bolt and remove the steering wheel from the steering shaft.
Installation
1. Install the steering wheel on the splines of the steering shaft so that the marks on the steering wheel and steering shaft are aligned. When installing the steering wheel, the vehicle's front wheels must be in the straight ahead position and the turn signal switch must be in the neutral position.
2. Secure the steering wheel with a knurled socket head bolt and tighten to 60 Nm.
3. Lock the steering wheel mounting bolt from unscrewing with a punch.
4. Take a test drive.
5. When driving in a straight line, the steering wheel spokes must be in a horizontal position.
6. Otherwise remove a steering wheel and at installation shift it to the corresponding party. Check and, if necessary, adjust the wheel alignment.
7. Check the operation of the horn and the automatic return of the turn switch to the neutral position after cornering.
