Headlight adjustment

Proper headlight adjustment is essential for driving safety. Fine adjustment is only possible with a special instrument.

When adjusting the headlights, the fog lights are also adjusted.



The headlights are adjusted using screws that can be accessed through holes in the top of the headlight (A is a horizontal plane, B is a vertical plane, C is a slope of 1.2%, i.e. 12cm at 10m distance).

When adjusting the headlights, the following conditions must be met:

• tire pressure should be within normal limits;
• only the driver should be in the car;
• fuel in the fuel tank must be more than 90%;
• the car must be on wheels on a flat horizontal surface;
• before adjusting, it is necessary to shake the car body so that all suspension elements fall into place;
• set the headlight range control to position 0;
• adjustment is made only low beam headlights. The slope of the headlight beam is 12 cm at a distance of 10 m, i.e. 1.2%.
