The dust filter that traps dust and plant pollen in the interior ventilation and heating system is located on the right in the water collection compartment under the cover. If the air supply to the passenger compartment has sharply decreased, the filter should be replaced earlier than indicated in the maintenance plan.
1. Open the hood. Remove the rubber seal (1) catchment cavity up to the middle of the bulkhead of the engine compartment. Remove 4 screws (2) covers and remove the cover.
2. Press both clamps (A) in the direction of the arrow and remove the filter element upwards.
3. Check that the outer fins of the filter element (arrows) correctly positioned in the frame.
4. When inserting a new filter element, ensure that the filter element is first pushed in by the tabs (1) into the slots for the filter.
5. Push the filter down from the front until the locking tabs engage in the slot clips.
6. Tighten the cover screws securely and replace the rubber seal.
