1. Prepare the required amount of coolant from 50% water and 50% antifreeze with anti-corrosion additive G12.
1.6/1.8/2.3-I petrol engines and diesel engines.
2. Connect the coolant supply hose to the oil heat exchanger and secure it with a clamp.
3. Screw the coolant drain plug into the hole in the radiator and tighten it to the required torque.
4. Install the lower engine compartment mudguard.
5. Lower the car.
6. Move the temperature control of the heating system to the maximum temperature position.
7. Pour coolant into the expansion tank up to the max.
8. Start the engine and hold it for 2 minutes at 1500 rpm.
9. Close the expansion tank cap.
10. Start the engine at idle speed and warm it up until the electric radiator fan turns on.
11. Turn off the engine and let it cool down.
12. Check the coolant level and top up if necessary.
