Removing
1. Open the door.
2. Press the stop latch under the protective cover 6 (see arrow A in the illustration) and remove the front strut cover.

4 - bolt. Tightening torque 20 Nm + 90°turn. The bolt is self-locking. therefore it should be replaced with a new one after each dismantling

Attention! The rear side door of a four-door car is removed in the same sequence as the front.
3. Take dog 7 down (see arrow B in illustration 57.2) and disconnect plug 8 on the A-pillar.
4. Ask an assistant to support the door and unscrew bolts 4, 5, II from the door hinges (see illustration 57.2). To do this, use a special key, for example, HAZET 2597 with a handle HAZET 6396.
5. Remove the door from guide pins 2 and 9 by pushing it in the direction of the arrow with (see illustration 57.2) and place it on a soft pad.
Installation
Installation of a door is carried out in sequence, return to removal.
6. Replace the door and secure it with new self-locking bolts 4, 5 and 11. Bolt tightening torque 20 Nm. After that, tighten the bolts with a wrench 1/4 turn (90°).
7. Close the door and check the gaps. Adjust the door if necessary.
