Withdrawal. Touran cars
1. Disconnect the battery.
Attention! Familiarize yourself with the safety precautions for working on the airbag.
2. Remove the airbag unit from the steering wheel.
3. Remove the steering wheel.
4. Remove facing of a steering column.
5. Remove the instrument panel.
6. Remove, prying with a plastic wedge, decorative overlays from the instrument panel.
7. Remove the front of the center console.
8. Remove the side covers from the instrument panel.
9. Remove the glove box.
Attention! Before disconnecting the passenger airbag connector, remove any static charge by touching the door or body lock.
10. Disconnect the passenger airbag connector.
11. Unscrew the two bolts below and remove the front passenger airbag unit from the instrument panel.
12. Remove an overlay of a radio receiver and the block of switches of a heater.
13. Take out the central deflector of an obduv of salon.
14. Remove the speakers from the instrument panel.
15. Remove the bottom overlay of the panel of devices in an aperture from the driver's side.
16. Remove facing from a forward rack.
17. Remove the heater/air conditioner switch box
18. Remove the radio/navigation unit.
19. Unscrew the four bolts and remove the support frame of the block of switches for the heater / air conditioner, as well as the radio / navigation system from the mounting compartment.
20. Unscrew the two bolts of the mounting compartment on the center console.
21. Disconnect the right and left air ducts from lateral deflectors of salon.
22. Unscrew one screw under the left deflector and two screws under the right one.
23. Release the instrument panel from the support frame, as well as from the mounts near the windshield and, acting together with an assistant, remove it and pull it out of the passenger compartment.
The instrument panel is installed in the reverse order of removal.
Attention! When connecting the battery, there must be no passengers in the passenger compartment.
