System «tiptronic» provides the driver with the ability to change gears manually.
With the transmission control lever in position D, push it to the right into the manual control slot «tiptronic».
Slightly move the control lever forward (see arrow +) to shift to a higher gear.
Pull the control lever back to downshift.
During acceleration, shortly before reaching the maximum permissible engine speed, the gearbox automatically shifts to the next higher gear.
If you select a lower gear, then the shift will occur only when there is no danger of spinning the engine.
If, while driving with the transmission control lever in D and 3rd gear engaged, the «tiptronic», then this transmission remains on.
