Removing
Remove the brake fluid from the brake master cylinder reservoir with a syringe.
Depending on the configuration, disconnect the wires of the brake fluid level sensor built into the reservoir cap.
Disconnect lines from master cylinder.
Unscrew the nuts securing the master cylinder to the brake booster and remove the master cylinder.
If necessary, remove the reservoir from the master cylinder and remove the O-rings.
Rinse the parts with alcohol and check their condition.
Installation
Install reservoir onto master brake cylinder.
Check for O-ring on master cylinder.
Install the master cylinder on the brake booster and tighten the fastening nuts to a torque of 2 kgf·m.
Connect lines to master cylinder.
Bleed hydraulic brakes to remove air.
Brake drive:
1 - tank cap;
2 — a reservoir of the main brake cylinder;
3 - vacuum brake booster;
4 - main cylinder;
5 - details of the main cylinder;
6 - stoplight switch;
7 - pressure regulator;
8 - adjusting spring of the regulator;
9 - pressure regulator bracket.
