The bolt must protrude from the nut (except in special cases) two or three threads of thread.
Cotter pins must not protrude from the slots of the nuts. The ends of the cotter pins must be separated and bent - one for the bolt and the other for the nut. Blow out the pipes of the fuel line and brake actuator with compressed air during assembly.
