Lifting and towing a car

Climb

Using the jack from the driver's tool kit.

On each side of the car in the lower part of the body there are two sockets for installing a jack, marked with diamond-shaped signs (B).

Using a garage mobile jack or lift.

The levers of the jack or lift are brought under the support platforms on the bottom of the body.

Towing

The tow rope is attached to eyelets A or B located at the front and rear at the bottom of the vehicle body.

Towing a car with automatic transmission is allowed for a distance of not more than 50 km at a speed of not more than 50 km/h. Set the selector lever to the position «N». Never start the engine or tow the vehicle if there is no oil in the crankcase of the automatic gearbox. In this case, as well as if it is necessary to tow a longer distance, call a specially equipped machine that provides hanging of the front of the car.
