Attention: From 10/92 a modified caliper is installed on the rear axle. You can recognize the caliper by the bolted handbrake cable holder, which until 9/92 was cast in one piece with the caliper body. Vehicles built prior to 9/92 cannot be fitted with a new caliper. Removal of the piston and replacement of the brake linings are carried out in the same way as before.

The distance from the edge of the ring to the protective cover is 9.5 mm.

Drive out with a pin through the holes for the wheel bolts. Install with a suitable bushing.

Only replace both brake discs at the same time. Always turn discs on both sides and pay attention to whether sufficient wear reserve remains after turning.

As a spare part, it is installed with guide pins and protective caps and is supplied with a sufficient amount of lubricant to the guide pins. In case of damage to the protective caps, use a complete repair kit. Use the supplied tube of grease to lubricate the guide pins.

Thickness of new pads: 10 mm. Wear limit: 7 mm including reverse side.

Self-locking, therefore always replace. Hold the guide pin before loosening and tightening.
