6 - rim width in inches
J - letter designation of the height and outlines of the rim flange
X - letter designation of a one-piece deep rim
14 - rim diameter in inches
ET38 – pressing depth 38 mm
Tire designations
Example:
195 - tire width in mm
/70 - ratio of height to width (tire cross-sectional height is 70% of the width) If there is no special indication of the ratio of transverse dimensions (e.g. 175 R 14), then we are talking about the normal ratio of height and width, which for radial tires is 82%.
H – speed class, H: up to 210 km/h (for new tires, this place is no longer indicated).
R - radial design (radial tire).
14 - rim diameter in inches.
89 - characteristic of the allowable load.
Attention: If the designation M+S is between the numbers 14 and 89, then we are talking about a tire with a winter tread pattern.
H - the letter designation of the permissible maximum speed.
The speed designation letter is at the end of the tire size designation. The speed symbols are valid for both summer and winter tyres.

The date of manufacture of the tire is indicated in the manufacturer's code.
Example: DOTCUL2UM8 215 ►TUBELESS
DOT — Departament of Transportation (US Department of Transportation)
CU is the manufacturer's abbreviation
L2 - tire size
UM8 - bus version
215 - date of manufacture - 21st week 1995
Oh is the symbol for this decade (1990-1999)
TUBELESS - tubeless tire (TUBETYPE - tube tire)
