Attention: Please note that when transporting heavy objects, the driving characteristics of the vehicle change due to a shift in the center of gravity. This should be taken into account when choosing the speed and style of movement.
Attention: Carried goods must be stowed in the machine in such a way that they do not move forward during sudden braking.
You should also pay attention to the fact that the rear window heating threads are not damaged by objects rubbing against them.
Attention: Do not drive with the tailgate open, because in this case, exhaust gases may enter the passenger compartment!
Attention: People cannot be transported in the luggage compartment; all passengers must be fastened.
In the Variant, there are 8 loops on the cargo area.
Four loops (A) are designed for securing luggage, and the front two of them are also for attaching a separating net.
Three loops (IN) designed to attach child recumbent seats or child seats in the rear seat. Children in seats must always be fastened with seat belts.
Luggage rack (car limousine)
The luggage rack behind the rear seat can only be used for clothing; heavier objects cannot be placed on it.
Since the passenger compartment is ventilated through the luggage compartment, the gap between the luggage rack and the rear window must not be blocked.
Attention: Heavy and hard objects should not be placed on the luggage rack - they can injure passengers during sudden braking. Also, hard objects can damage the rear window defroster.
Folding shelf (Vehicle Variant)
Only clothes can be placed on the folding luggage rack. Other objects can not only injure passengers, but also damage the shelf itself.
If necessary, the folding shelf can be removed. For this you need:
- Press the front latches in the side brackets (arrow 1).
- Remove shelf from brackets (arrow 2). In this case, you need to release the front and rear crossbars of the shelf with a short jerk.
- When reinstalling the shelf, insert the front and back rails until they click into place.
