Attention: Hall sensor test is required only if there is no ignition spark.
Systems TSZ-H, Digifant
Check the TSZ-H switch, the same plug and wires to the ignition distributor.
Disconnect the high voltage wire from terminal 4 of the ignition distributor and connect it to ground with an auxiliary wire. Make sure that the auxiliary wire has the same cross section as the high voltage wire.
TSZ-H system: Connect the voltmeter to pins 6 and 3 of the plug connected to the TSZ-H switch.
Digifant system: Connect the voltmeter to pins 6 and 4 of the plug connected to the TSZ-H switch.
Turn on the ignition.
Turn the engine crankshaft by hand in the direction of rotation (clockwise). In this case, the device should alternately show a voltage from 0 to 2V (at least), depending on whether the diaphragm is directly in the gap of the Hall sensor or not.
If the value of the measured voltage does not correspond to the prescribed value, replace the Hall sensor.
VEZ system
Disconnect the plug from the TSZ-H switchboard by first pressing out the wire clamp.
Connect a control pump on semiconductor diodes to plug contacts 2 and 6.
Turn on starter. If the LED flashes, then the Hall sensor is OK.
Otherwise, the Hall sensor or the VEZ switch is faulty.
