The intake air flow flows through the diffuser and deflects the flow meter flap. The flow meter damper, in turn, through the control lever acts on the control piston of the fuel dispenser. The piston opens the fuel channels according to demand and thus determines the amount of injected fuehp poor piston mobility, the engine does not start well, during transients it runs jerky and / or does not provide maximum speed.
Remove the intake air guide cover.
Turn on the starter for about 10 seconds.
Raise the flow meter damper with your fingers, while the lever connected to the damper must provide the same resistance throughout the entire travel path.
Move the damper quickly down without any resistance being felt, otherwise replace the air mass meter.
If the flow meter flap moves hard and/or jerks only up, but moves down easily, this means that the piston is stuck. Replace fuel dispenser.
