Checking the coolant level

Check the coolant level on a cold engine every 1000 km. The coolant level must be between the marks «MIN» and «MAX» expansion tank (pic. 34).



Do not add cold water to a hot engine. Use only a mixture of distilled water and antifreeze for temperatures up to -35°C.

WARNING: Do not open the expansion tank cap when the engine is hot. If it is necessary to perform any work on a hot engine, carefully unscrew the reservoir cap, gradually relieving pressure.
