Central blocking of door locks
The central locking system, installed on some car models, provides simultaneous locking and unlocking of the locks of all four doors, luggage compartment (with a horizontal position of the lock bore) and the fuel tank filler cap.
From the outside, the locks are unlocked by unlocking any of the front doors with the key.
To simultaneously lock the locks from inside the passenger compartment, press the button located in the upper part of the upholstery of the left front door.
NOTE: In the event of a malfunction of the central locking system, all locks are unlocked with a key. To forcefully unlock the hatch, remove the right-hand luggage compartment trim and push the locking rod towards the front of the vehicle.
Rear door lock levers
When transporting children in the rear seat, the rear door locks can be blocked from opening from the inside using the lever located under each lock (pic. 22). At the same time, the rear doors open from the outside as usual.
Electric windows
Power windows on the front or all four doors on some vehicle models are controlled by switches located on the doors. Depending on the configuration on the left front door there are power window switches for all four doors (pic. 23). The middle switch 5 blocks the windows of the rear doors.
On vehicles with a central locking system and power windows, it is possible to raise the lowered door windows from the outside by inserting the key into the lock of any of the front doors and holding it in the locked position.
