Checking and adjusting the idle switch on the engine «RV»

Disconnect the idle and full load switch connector. Connect an ohmmeter to the leads «1» and «2» (pic. 2-106) switch pads. Ohmmeter resistance should be 0 ohm (switch contacts closed). Fully open the throttle and close it slowly. measure the gap between the throttle control lever and the idle stop with a feeler gauge 2 at the moment the switch contact is switched (at the time of current flow), which should be within 0.2-0.6 mm.



If necessary, adjust the gap by changing the position of the idle switch 3.
