Checking the Fuel Pressure Regulator

Disconnect the fuel supply hose (black color) from the branch pipe of the central injection unit.

Connect the pressure gauge to the pipe of the central injection unit and to the fuel supply hose (pic. 2-59). Start the engine at idle and make sure that the pressure on the pressure gauge is in the range of 0.8-1.2 kgf / cm². Switch off the ignition and make sure that after 5 minutes after stopping the fuel pump, the residual pressure is at least 0.5 kgf/cm².
