Note. Due to the small size of the terminals of the cable part of the controller connector, when checking through these terminals, it is recommended to use an adapter terminal box.
Sensor Signal Voltage Check
Switch off the ignition. Disconnect the controller connector and connect the adapter terminal box to the connector, connect the voltmeter to the terminals «1» and «11» cable part of the connector (pic. 2-135). hang the left front wheel of the car, turn on the ignition and rotate the left front wheel. In this case, the voltage value on the voltmeter should vary within 0-4.0 V.
Checking the sensor supply voltage
Switch off the ignition. Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor connector. connect a voltmeter to the leads «1» and «3» cable part of the connector (pic. 2-134), turn on the ignition and check the voltage with a voltmeter, which should be at least 9 V.
