Pressure of operation of the safety valve in a stopper of a tank of 1,2-1,5 kgfs/cm2. The AEG A465 electric fan has two impellers, one of which is mounted on the motor shaft, and the second is driven by the electric motor through a belt drive.
Motor start temperature:
- at the 1st speed 92-97°С;
- at the 2nd speed 99-105°С.
Motor shutdown temperature:
- at the 1st speed 84-91°C;
- at 2nd speed 91-98°C.
Electric fans mounted on engines «1Z» and «AFN», depending on the configuration, two- or three-speed.
Motor start temperature:
- at the 1st speed 92-97°С;
- at the 2nd speed 99-105°С;
- at the 3rd speed 110-115°С.
Motor shutdown temperature:
- at the 1st speed 84-91°С;
- at the 2nd speed 88-91°С;
- at the 3rd speed 105-110°С.
The thermostat is installed at the bottom of the water pump at the connection point of the radiator inlet hose. The temperature at which the main valve starts to open is 87°C. Full opening temperature of the main valve 102°C.
Main valve stroke 8 mm. The drive belt for the second impeller of the electric fan brand and type is Continental 2PJ 786. The water pump is located in the lower part of the cylinder block and is driven by the alternator drive V-belt.
Make and type of alternator drive belts:
- cars with engines «1Y», «RA» and «SB»: Continental FO-Z 9.5x950 La;
- cars with engines «AAZ», «1Z» and «AFN»: Continental FOLaL 11,9x903 La SR.
Normal deflection of the belt when pressing the middle of the long branch of the belt with your thumb:
- cars with engines «1Y», «RA» and «SB» 10 mm;
- cars with engine «AAZ», «1Z» and «AFN»: new belt 2 mm, worn belt 5 mm.
