Adjusting the maximum engine speed without load

Start and warm up the engine (oil temperature not less than 60°C). Briefly press the pedal to failure on the fuel supply and check the speed of the crankshaft, which should be in the range of 4950-5150 rpm. If the rotation speed deviates from the norm, achieve the required value by turning the screw 2 (pic. 3-40) or 5 (pic. 3-41).
