Removing and installing clutch servo spring

Remove the relay box cover and storage shelf. Remove the tension of the sickle spring by pressing the clutch pedal to the full and fixing it in this position with some object, resting it on the pedal and on the slide of the driver's seat. Disconnect the relay box from the bracket and fold it down without disconnecting the wires and relay.

Press the servo spring with the lever and release it with a vigorous upward movement. Install the spring in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:

• attach the spring first to the bracket support;
• using the lever with a strong and sharp upward movement, insert the spring into the clutch pedal seat.

To remove the spring booster of the clutch drive used on the AFN diesel, remove the lower storage shelf from the driver's side in the passenger compartment. Having created a tension of the spring booster by pressing the clutch pedal, move the fastening clamp from top to bottom (part number 3317). Release the clutch pedal and remove the spring booster together with the fastening clip (det. 3317).

To install, press the clutch pedal. Install the spring booster in the support, then move it vertically down until it touches the fastening clip with the pin on which the clutch pedal rests.

Adjust the clutch pedal to its original position by removing the fastening clip.
