Remove the clutch release fork and the clutch release bearing. Remove the clutch release bearing guide bush and remove the oil seal from it. Remove the gearbox rear cover. On a five-speed gearbox, unscrew the two bolts securing the 5th gear fork and the leash mounting bolt and remove the 5th gear shift fork (pic. 4-16). At the same time, engage II gear with the leash of the shift fork of I and II gears and V gear with the synchronizer sliding clutch and unscrew the bolts securing the ends of the primary and secondary shafts. Using a universal puller, press off the input shaft (pic. 4-17) synchronizer, synchronizer sliding clutch, V gear gear and its needle bearing. Using a universal puller, remove the 5th gear from the output shaft.
You press the output shafts of the differential by screwing the bolt into one of the threaded holes of the flange with the bolt resting on a chisel placed between the flange and the differential housing (pic. 4-19). You-press oil seals from the differential housing. Loosen the two bolts securing the reverse gear shaft (pic. 4-18). Remove the shift drive shaft and the cover of the clamps, then the pins of the axles of the shift forks of 1st and 2nd and 3rd and 4th gears.
Loosen the bolts securing the clutch housing to the gearbox housing. At the same time, do not unscrew the four nuts securing the cover of the front bearing of the secondary shaft (pic. 4-21). Remove the gearbox housing.
In the clutch housing, unscrew the four nuts securing the cover of the front bearing of the output shaft.
Remove the shift forks, input shaft, output shaft from the clutch housing. reverse idler shaft with drive gear and differential.
