Removing the front bumper

Front bumper

• 1 - front bumper pad,
• 2 - bumper bracket,
• 3 - bolts 2 pcs., 20 Nm,
• 4 - side guide bracket,
• 5 - screws 6 pcs., 2 Nm,
• 6 - nuts 2 pcs.,
• 7 - bumper fastener,
• 8 - bolts 7 pcs., 50 Nm,
• 9 - screws 4 pcs., 3 Nm,
• 10 - screws 8 pcs., 2 Nm,
• 11 - spoiler,
• 12 - screws, 2 pcs.,
• 13 - cushion pad,
• 14 - screws 3 pcs., 2 Nm,
• 15 - hood release lever

Warning: The bumper must be removed by moving it forward parallel to the side guide bracket 4.

Warning: Spoiler 11 is attached to the bumper cover and removed with it.

Warning: Shock-absorbing pad 13 is attached to the bumper pad.

Removing

1. Remove headlights and front direction indicators.

2. Disconnect the hood lock lever from the hood release lock.

3. Remove the screws securing the bumper cover (9, 10 and 14), see fig. Front bumper.

4. Pulling forward, remove the bumper cover from the side guide brackets.
