Heater block

• 1 - heater radiator,
• 2 - screw,
• 3 - air distribution box,
• 4 - switching valve actuator "fresh/recycled air",
• 5 - screw,
• 6 - heater fan,
• 7 - heater fan casing,
• 8 - screw,
• 9 - block of resistors with protection against overheating,
• 10 - screw,
• 11 - central damper lever,
• 12 - damper lever that controls the air temperature

Elements of the heater control panel

• 1 - heater control unit,
• 2 - heater panel,
• 3 - decorative overlay of the heater panel

1. Remove a decorative overlay of the control panel of a heater, see fig. Elements of the heater control panel.

2. Unscrew the two screws and remove the heater panel.

3. Remove the heater control unit from the socket in the instrument panel along with the cables connected to it.

4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
