Removing
Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers and turn the key to position 0 (pre-stop).
Note: Put the remote control ignition key during removal and installation in the vehicle interior to prevent the doors from locking and self-activation of the functions «Coming Home/ Leaving Home (Arrival home / Departure from home)».
Note: To replace the main beam bulb, the adjacent parts of the relevant headlight must be removed.
Note: The illustrations show replacing the high beam bulb on the right headlight.

Installation

Insert the main beam bulb into the socket in such a way that the protrusion 1 of the bulb rests on the guide 2 of the socket (pic. 7.52).
Note: When installing, pay attention to the tight fixation of the cap. If water gets inside the headlight, the headlight may be damaged.
Note: When installing the lamp, do not touch the glass surface of the lamp. Fingerprints leave greasy prints on the lamp glass, which evaporate after switching on the headlights, and the light of the lamp may dim.
