Removing
Disconnect the battery.
Pull up to remove the engine cover

Disconnect plug connection 1, open spring clip 2 with spring clip pliers and remove vacuum hose 3 (pic. 7.37).

Remove the air filter housing mounting bolt (pic. 7.38).

Unlock tabs and remove shroud (pic. 7.39).

Remove the hose from the air filter housing and remove the hose (pic. 7.40).
Pull the air filter cover up out of the mountings and remove it.

Slide the protective cap in the direction of the arrow from the traction relay (pic. 7.27).

Unscrew the positive cable 1 and disconnect the plug connection of terminal 50 2 (pic. 7.28).

Unscrew the top mounting bolt of the starter (pic. 7.41).

Remove the lower starter mounting bolt (pic. 7.42).
Remove the starter from the engine compartment by lifting it up.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, paying attention to the following.
Tighten the connections to the prescribed tightening torques.
