Attention: When carrying out all assembly work, in particular in the engine compartment, due to the tight layout, pay attention to the following.
Attention: Lines of all kinds (e.g. fuel, hydraulic, activated carbon absorber, cooling system, refrigerant, brake lines, vacuum hoses), as well as electrical wires must be laid as they were originally laid.
Caution: Provide sufficient clearance to all moving and hot components to avoid damaging any kind of lines.
Vehicles with manual transmission
Check the clutch release bearing for wear, replace if necessary.
Lightly grease the clutch release bearing, bearing guide, and input shaft teeth with grease.
Check the presence of fitted bushings in the cylinder block for centering the engine / gearbox, install them if necessary.

Hang the intermediate plate on the flange and slide it over the fitted bushings (pic. 2.11).
When installing the unit, make sure there is sufficient space up to the drive shafts.
Align the engine mount by shaking it.
Install the drive shafts.
Install the air conditioning compressor.
Install poly V-belt.
Install the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder.
Connect the gearshift drive.
Install the battery and battery holder frame.
Connect the battery.
Install the front right and left fender liner.
Install crankcase protection.
Fill with coolant.
Install the air filter.
Delete the values in the memory and adapt the engine control unit to the throttle valve control module and the EGR valve.
