Note: When installing an exchange cylinder head, before installing the head cover, it is necessary to lubricate with engine oil all contact surfaces between the bearing elements, roller levers and camshaft beds.
Note: The plastic pads included in the repair kit to protect open valves may only be removed immediately before installing the block head.
Replace cylinder head bolts.
When replacing the cylinder head, you should also drain the old and fill in new coolant.
Dismantling
Remove, if present, the engine cover.
Disconnect the hoses and connector from the vacuum reservoir and remove it.

Remove ignition coils with final stages 2 (pic. 2.160).
Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hoses 1 from the cylinder head cover.
Unscrew the bolts.

Unscrew the cylinder head cover bolts, starting from the edges to the center (pic. 2.161).
Remove the cylinder head cover.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, while paying attention to the following.
Replace cylinder head cover gaskets if damaged.

Tighten the cylinder head in sequence (pic. 2.162).
Tightening torques
Cylinder head cover to cylinder head: 10 Nm;
Toothed belt guard to cylinder head: 10 Nm (install with sealant).
