Removing
First you need to check if the radio with encoding is installed in the car. If yes, then you should find out the security code.
With the ignition off, disconnect the battery ground wire.
When removing the fuel supply module, the tank can be filled to a maximum of 1/2. If necessary, empty the fuel tank.
Remove the back seat.
Remove the fuel delivery module cover.
Disconnect fuel supply line 1, fuel return line 2, fuel supply line 3 to the metering pump and 5-pin plug 5 from the flange of the fuel delivery module.
Note: To disconnect the fuel lines, press the retaining ring.

Open locking ring with key (pic. 2.341).
Raise the sensor flange.
Disconnect the fuel line 1 from the ejection pump.
Note: To disconnect the fuel line, press the retaining ring.

Press pad 2 of the ejection pump in the direction of the arrow and unlock the pump from the fuel supply module (pic. 2.342).
Remove the fuel delivery module with the ejector pump from the fuel tank opening.
Note: When replacing a fuel delivery module, it must be emptied before disposing of the old delivery module.
Installation
Installation of the fuel supply module is carried out in reverse order.
Note: When installing the fuel delivery module, be careful not to bend the float arm of the fuel level sensor.
Note: Insert the flange/fuel delivery module O-ring dry into the fuel tank opening.
Note: Lubricate the O-ring with fuel only when installing the fuel delivery module/flange.
Do not bend fuel lines when laying.
Do not interchange fuel supply and return lines (fuel return line blue or marked in blue, fuel supply line black).
Check the tightness of the fuel hoses.
When connecting the fuel line couplings, they must engage with a clearly audible click.
After installing the fuel delivery module, check if the fuel lines are clipped to the fuel tank.
Observe the mounting position of the fuel delivery unit flange.
