Removal and installation of the pump of the central lock

Caddy

Removing

1. Remove the panel above the left rear wheel.

2. Remove the pump with insulation 1 (pic. 13.10).



3. Disconnect the multi-pin wiring connector 1 and discharge tube 2 from the pump (pic. 13.11).

Installation

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Polo Classic

Removing

5. Remove panel 1 above the right rear wheel in the luggage compartment (pic. 13.12). Move latch 2 back (arrow). Disconnect the drain tube 4 from the hole in the body. Remove pump with insulation 3.



6. Disconnect the multi-pin wiring connector 1 and discharge tube 2 from the pump (pic. 13.11).

Installation

7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Polo Estate

Removing

8. Remove the panel on the floor of the luggage compartment.

9. Remove the pump with insulation 1 (pic. 13.13).



10. Disconnect the multi-pin wiring connector 1 and discharge tube 2 from the pump (pic. 13.11).

Installation

11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
