Brake pads front brake mechanisms
1. Turn off bolts and remove forward wheels, having marked their arrangement concerning a brake disk.
2. Measure the thickness «A» inner and outer brake pads (pic. 2.29). Permissible thickness «A» of the brake lining, including the base plate, must be at least 7 mm. If they are thinner, the brake pads must be replaced.
3. Install the wheels according to the marks made earlier and tighten the bolts of their fastening to 120 Nm.

4. Check the thickness of the brake pads through the hole (arrow B) and test hole (arrow A) in protective cover (pic. 2.30). Permissible brake lining wear (without base plate) should be 2.5 mm. If they are thinner, the brake pads must be replaced.

Attention! It is not necessary to remove the wheel to check the thickness of the brake pad.
5. Allowable thickness «A» of the brake lining, including the base plate, must be at least 7 mm. If they are thinner, the brake pads must be replaced.
