Removal and installation of injection pump

Removing

1. Remove the air filter.

2. Remove the top part of the timing belt cover.

3. Remove the cylinder head cover.

4. Align the TDC marks on the piston of cylinder No. 1 on the crankshaft:

• A - Engines AEY, ANV, AKW,
• B - Engines AFN, AHU, ALE (rice. 6.3).

5. Lock the camshaft pulley with the lock (rice. 6.6).

6. Remove the intermediate roller.

7. Unscrew the tension roller.

8. Loosen the timing belt tension and remove it from the camshaft pulleys and injection pump.

9. Block the injection pump pulley.

10. Turn off a nut of fastening of a pulley of TNVD.

11. Install puller 3032 (arrow) into the hole in the injection pump pulley and fix it on it (pic. 6.71).



12. Turn off fuel lines from TNVD.

13. Plug the ropes with a cloth.

14. Disconnect wiring connectors from: fuel cut-off valve / fuel injection start valve, fuel quantity regulator. Disconnect the wires from the clamps.

15. Remove the bolts on the bracket (arrows) (pic. 6.72).



16. Turn off a bolt of fastening of a back support (arrow) (pic. 6.73).




17. Remove the injection pump.

Installation

18. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
