Removing
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the main toothed timing belt.
3. Remove adapters with high voltage wires.
4. Disconnect the four-pin wiring connector from the ignition coil.
5. Disconnect the wiring connector from the Hall sensor.
6. Remove the bolt (arrow) wiring harness retainer (pic. 4.9 a).
7. Unscrew the bolt securing the rear timing belt cover (near the right lifting eye).
8. Turn off bolts of fastening of the case of camshafts, since external, in a cross order and take them.
9. Carefully remove the camshaft housing.
Installation
10. Remove the remaining sealant from the contact surfaces of the cylinder head and camshaft housing.
11. Apply sealant to the contact surface of the camshaft housing (pic. 4.9 b).
12. Make sure that the roller rocker is in contact with the end of the valve stem 1 correctly and is fixed on the pusher 2 (pic. 4.9 in).
13. Screw in two studs (M6x70) into the cylinder head before installing the camshaft housing.
14. Carefully install the camshaft housing onto the cylinder head studs and guide pins (arrows) (pic. 4.9 g).
15. Tighten the new camshaft housing bolts (from inside to outside in a cross order). Make sure the camshaft housing is not skewed. Tightening torque: 10 Nm + 1/4 turn.
16. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
