Attention: On an AXU engine with direct fuel injection, pressure can only be relieved in this way in the low pressure circuit (up to approx. 5 bar). To relieve pressure in the high pressure circuit (up to approx. 100 bar) special equipment is required.
The high-pressure circuit starts from the high-pressure pump flanged at the rear of the cylinder head and ends at the injectors.
- No open flames, no smoking, no incandescent or very hot parts near the work area. Danger of accident! Prepare a fire extinguisher.
- Make sure the workplace is well ventilated. Fuel vapors are poisonous.

Diesel injection system
The injection system of the diesel engine is fully electronically controlled by the engine management system. Advantages:
- Self-diagnosis of the engine management system allows you to quickly detect defects.
- Precise dosing of the amount of fuel in each load mode, thereby achieving a reduction in harmful emissions from exhaust gases and low fuel consumption.
- Adjustment of the idle speed and speed limited by the regulator is no longer required.
The components of the engine control system operate stably for a long time and require virtually no maintenance. The exception is the air filter element and the fuel filter, which must be replaced as part of maintenance.
