Use a screwdriver to press the tachometer cable retainer on the left side of the hub cover. Remove the hub cap with a puller or rubber mallet.
Removing the brake disc
Loosen bolts, remove washers.
Bend the lock washers on the brake caliper bolts, unscrew the bolts and secure the caliper with wire.
Attention! Do not disconnect the brake hose.
Remove brake disc and brake shield.
Removing the brake drum
Loosen the lock bolt.
Remove brake drum and brake shoe support (included).
Installation
Lubricate the wheel hub bearings with universal grease, check the rear oil seal, if necessary, remove it with a screwdriver and install a new one with a rubber hammer.
Installing the brake disc
Install brake shield (if it was taken).
Install the brake disc together with the inner wheel bearing, install the wheel bearing at the front (lubricate with universal grease), insert (without distortion) pressure washer, screw on and tighten the clamping nut.
Install the caliper using bolts with new lock washers. Tighten bolts to 40 Nm (4.0 kgcm). Loosen the lock washers so that the bolts can no longer turn.
Adjust wheel bearing play (see section "Checking and adjusting wheel bearing play").
Install hub cap.
Installing the brake drum
Attach brake pads (if it was removed). Tighten bolts with spring washers to 50 Nm (5.0 kgcm).
Push the brake drum together with the inner bearing (oiled), lubricate and install the inner wheel bearing, install the pressure washer without misalignment, lightly tighten the hub nut. Adjust wheel hub play (see section "Checking and adjusting wheel bearing play").
Install the wheel hubs without lubrication, push the speedometer cable on the left side and fix it with a retaining ring.
Attention! If the brake hose was removed, bleed the brakes (see section "Bleeding the brake system").
Install the wheel, lower the vehicle and tighten the wheel bolts to 130 Nm (13.0 kgcm).
