Parts and assemblies of the cooling system mounted on the body

List of components and parts of the cooling system installed on the car body, with technological notes on repair to Figure VC3.053:
1. Coolant hose, upper:
- it is fixed on the radiator with a fixing bracket;
- check the reliability of fastening;
- connection diagram of the cooling system hoses.
2. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
3. Radiator:
- removal and installation:
- after replacement, change the coolant.
4. Lid:
- check with a cooling system tester;
- test pressure 0.14-0.16 MPa (1.4-1.6 bar).
5. Connector.
6. Expansion tank screw: 5 Nm.
7. Expansion bottle:
- check with a cooling system tester.
8. Radiator bracket.
9. Bracket fixing screw: 5 Nm.
10. Fastening.
11. Fastening nut: 10 Nm.
12. Fan frame.
13. 5 Nm.
14. Cooling fan 2 (VI77).
15. Connector.
16. Cooling fan (V7).
17. Coolant hose, lower:
- it is fixed on the radiator with a fixing bracket;
- check the reliability of fastening;
- connection diagram of the cooling system hoses.
18. Fixing bracket:
- check the security of fastening.
19. Coolant temperature sensor at the outlet of the radiator (G83).
20. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
21. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
