Parts list for oil filter and heat exchanger

List of parts for the oil filter and heat exchanger with technological notes on repair to drawing VC3.051:
1. Oil filter bracket.
2. Screw for fastening the bracket to the BC: 15 Nm and tighten 1/4 turn (90°):
- when assembling, replace with a new one;
- install the upper left and lower right screws first, then the rest and then tighten all four crosswise.
3. Oil filter bracket gasket:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
4. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
5. Fitting: 35 Nm.
6. Pressure oil line for lubrication of turbocharger bearings: 22 Nm.
7. Oil filter cap: 25 Nm.
8. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
9. Replaceable filter element:
- observe the correct installation position: inscription «top» should be at the top.
10. Screw plug: 10 Nm.
11. Oil pressure sensor (F1):
- works at a pressure of 0.07 MPa (0.7 bar), Brown color;
- tighten with torque: 20 Nm.
12. Screw plug: 25 Nm.
13. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
14. Oil cooling heat exchanger:
- check the absence of contact with nearby nodes.
15. Seal:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
16. Bracket.
17. Bracket fixing screw: 10 Nm.
